سخص في الاستقبال أعطانا غرفه في الطابق الخامس منخفض ومع غرفه connected وساكن فيه عائله عندهم اطفال وازعاج كثييييير ، غيروها لنا بعد اتصالات كثيره وكان فيه قطع للنوم وارباك في نقل الاغراض الى غرفه اخرى في الطابق ١٨ وكان مكيفها صوته عالي وما كانت بارده …طبيعي أهون من الغرفه الاولى ……زيارتي السابقه في الأعوام الماضي كانت أفضل بكثيييير ، شباب الاسنقبال يجب أن يكون لديهم مرونه في التعامل وتلبية احتياج الزائر خاصة لو كان من الزوار الدائمين لهذا الفندق

My booking is kabai view and what I got is Haram view and there are a different price from these two and I asked the reception to change my room and he just saying OK and we’ll change it and nothing happen

The service was amazing , the restaurant was perfect , international cuisine moroccan food was the best , the view was incredible , the restaurant manager was respectful , the staff in the pic and baggage staff ( zin islam ) i think his name , the whole experience is great my only comment about the security guys that you hired during ramadan not respectful , the hotel administration need to guide this guys how to communicate with guests.

Pricey hotel and difficult to find first time as no signage within the clock tower mall. However very comfortable stay and very friendly staff.
